About Holowiki

All of the pages on this wiki will be generated from a database. Each "entity" from the Star Wars galaxy gets it's own database entry and the database keeps track of how all the entities are related.

When you view a page on the wiki it pulls all of the relationships that it has to other entities in the database. Some entities are just an entity, but most have a classification to better help the organization of the database and the pages you view.

Template Pages

The database isn't set up yet (mainly because it costs money to host it on a public server, or I'd need to give people access to my personal server) so at the moment you can check out these examples of how the pages would populate with the data.

About Each Section

There are a few "sections" that exist for the content on each page, with each of the categories or classifications having a default set of sections that appear, but it could be overridden for unique cases.

Some fields are used by all entity types (shown with an asterisk *) but might be displayed with a slightly different title on the page (i.e. for a person it would say "birth" but for a group it would say "created", but to the system its the same field).
